I'm a product manager turned systems thinker who helps small and growing businesses get their operations ready for what's next — whether that's a new location, a bigger team, or just finally getting out of the spreadsheet chaos.

My background spans product management, technical operations, and business systems across industries. I've worked with solo founders and enterprise teams and the problems are usually the same: disconnected tools, invisible inefficiencies, and processes nobody wrote down.

I translate that experience into workshops and talks that help business owners and operators see their systems clearly and know exactly what to fix first.
